CONCIERGE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM -A CASE STUDY- OVERVIEW Les Concierges is a multinational, multi work force centered service provider, managing services at hundreds of worksites either through its flagship service: the Employee Concierge desk program; through its one of a kind quintessential managed reception services program; aptly named “Ms.MoneyPenny”; or through its “Admingenie” service, which serves as the one point administration help desk at multi sites. Les Concierges is known for its entrepreneurial & leadership positions in each of its service verticals, having been the pioneer of creating such interventions, globally, for the first time. REQUIREMENTS & CHALLENGE As mentioned above Les Concierges has its Employee Concierge desks across numerous MNCs and offices in India as well as other countries. As part of this huge setup across MNCs, Les Concierges had to setup collaboration with various agents across these cities and be in constant communication with them. The main challenge here after setting up these collaborations with the MNCs as well the agents. This included:  The MNCs & Les Concierges  The Employees & Les Concierges  The Agents & Les Concierges  The Desk Executives and all internal communications. These levels of communication included a lot of paper work and bureaucracy, which ultimately was affecting the process times for the ever increasing number of clients being added to the company. The solution improved services and staff communication for corporate Concierge Services creating orderliness and accuracy throughout the entire concierge process. It allowed Desk Executives, Vendors and other departments to share consistent, accurate information with Users or other members in real time thus breaking all communication barriers. Users could track their requests made, and every staff member was able to give them the correct status immediately. Roars Concierge system was beneficial and productive for Les Concierges. FEATURES  Synchronized Multi- service Manager With this software Les Concierge was able to manage the 999 services included in their portfolio across various categories. The system not only was able to provide these services but also could manage those services simultaneously to all the customers with quality. The system offered multiple agents tracking for a single service and provided the employees i.e. the end user with the best results with constant updates.  Ongoing Service Notifications With this feature in the system we get notification about every activity that is taking place till the completion of the task. These notifications not only go to the user but also to the agent and the admin.  Account Maintenance Manager This system helps you to keep a track of all the transactions that take place throughout the process.
