That meeting produced the “Glasgow Declaration.” Subsequent meetings, in Brussels, to which representatives of all Sections & Boards were invited, have refined the declaration, which is attached as Appendix I </li></ul></ul>CESMA (Council of European Specialist Medical Assessment)
