  2. 2. Parachuting    The world record when performing a complex of figures is now equal in a free fall of 5,18 sec. (Marko Pflyuger, Germany). Jumping with parachutes from planes and balloons. Includes two exercises — the accuracy of a landing and complex performance from six figures in a free fall.
  3. 3. Mountaineering   The extreme sports which purpose is the ascension on tops of mountains. Eric Veyenmayer in 2001 subdued Everest, and in 2002 finished the Seven Tops program (conquest of the highest tops of all parts of the world).And this person is blind.  The word «mountaineering» occurs from the name of the Alps the highest mountain system of West Europe.
  4. 4. Parkour  Art of movement and overcoming of obstacles in city conditions.  Handrail, parapets, walls can be obstacles.
  5. 5. Diving   Scuba diving with special equipment. Devices provide an air stock for breath under water of several minutes till 12 and more hours.  The record belongs to Nuno Gomez who in 2005 fell in open water by 318 meters
