  2. 2. ii Florence + The Machine have announced two Australian sideshows in July in addition to their headline set at Splendour In The Grass 2015 in Byron Bay. Florence + The Machine is without a doubt one of the hottest acts touring Australia this year. Florence Welch and co will play two headlining shows in Melbourne and Sydney while in the country for Splendour in The Grass, performing music from the soon to be released third LP How Big, How Blue, How Beautiful. These very special sideshows will mark the group’s first Australian headline performances since their May 2012 headline tour. With these shows set to be Florence + The Machine’s only headline appearances on this visit, a ballot system for tickets has been established to enable all fans equal access to tickets. All ballot entries must be received before 12 noon (AEST) on Thursday 28th May. From then, successful applicants will then be notified by email after the ballot closes and given the opportunity to purchase tickets between 2pm (AEST) on Friday 29th May 2015 and 2pm (AEST) on Saturday 30th May 2015 via an exclusive link and with a unique purchase code. See link for entry below. Florence + The Machine are set to headline the Saturday night of Splendour In The Grass.

  4. 4. iv 11. Icelandic indie-pop five-piece Of Monsters And Men have announced a couple of sideshows on the back of their Splendour In The Grass appearance this July. Having pocketed a Platinum record for their 2012 debut, My Head Is An Animal, the quintet aren’t strangers to Aussie shores at all. They’ve visited Australia and their fans three times in just the past 18 months. We were lucky enough to catch them on their first trip to Melbourne back in 2012. Read our review of the Of Monsters and Men gig from Melbourne’s Corner Hotel. By the time they get down under for Splendour in the Grass, they will have released their sophomore effort, Beneath The Skin, which will be released on 5 June. Tickets will go on sale on Thursday, 30 April. Don’t miss out!!! 6. 6. 1 Literature Review: [Topic] Ready to get started? The approach you take to your literature review is likely to differ quite a bit by your area of study. But since a literature review is generally an analysis of the existing content available on a topic, it’s a good idea to start by outlining the works you plan to include in your review. Outline of Existing Works Use the table that follows to organize the list of sources you plan to cover in your review. Category (such as time period or premise) Title of Work, Author Name Category (such as time period or premise) Title of Work, Author Name Overview This is a good place to present the theme of your review and to summarize the types and relative value of the available literature as it relates to your theme. Remember that a literature review is not a book review—it’s a critical analysis of the literature available on the topic. Comparative Review Most literature reviews explore the comparative value of the available works on the subject as they relate to your topic or theme. Gaps in Available Research Are there areas of the topic that existing resources miss? For example, are there clear gaps that can benefit from new works on the topic, or gaps that expose weaknesses in a given argument? Contrasting Opinions Did you include works that provide contrasting perspectives to your own? You can add to the critical value of your review by taking a look at your own objectivity. Conclusions The sections included here are just examples to help you get started. You might need more or different sections and might want to organize some parts of the review outline shown here into multiple sub- sections (such as to break out the comparative review for more detailed analysis).
