  9. 9. LOGGING 90% of logging done is by clear cutting. Taking large sections of the forest at once and then replanting with one type of tree the following year. It takes years if not decades for these trees to grow back and produce the canopy they once had
  10. 11. Conclusion <ul><li>The Boreal forests provide the earth with great resources but these resources should not be taken for granted. Decline in a single resource such as trees can have a great impact worldwide. Sending every living creature into a downward spiral that we my not be able to recover from. </li></ul>
