This is Reward Gateway's first report on Diversity in the workplace.

This all started with a question from Cat Wright, one of our team in London, UK. She submitted a question to be put to our CEO, Glenn Elliott, at the April 2016 all-staff conference.

The question asked if a recent restructure had reduced gender-diversity in the management team. Glenn was on the spot and didn't know the answer so he promised a full review and report and this is it. It was a fantastic example of how Speaking Up (one of Reward Gateway's core values) could change the course of the company's culture. That one question, courageously asked, has started a whole diversity and inclusion project at the company.
