You requested a personalized Social Security Timing Report and I am calling you to explain a little bit about the report and what information is needed to run the report for you. You can reach me at <Phone Number> or if you are calling back after office hours, please call <Phone Number>. If they answer: Introduce yourself and state that you are responding to their request for a personalized Social Security Timing report. Hello <Prospect Name>, this is <Agent Name> with <Company Name>. This is a follow-up call regarding a request you recently made to receive your personalized Social Security Analysis Report and I am calling to explain a little bit about the report and what information is needed to run a report for you based on your own individual Social Security Earnings Record. Do you remember requesting the report? If they answer no- Script: A blue and white reply card was sent to you allowing to either login online or return a reply card by mail to schedule an appointment to receive your report.
