Movies always bring people together. Divide the group into small teams and ask opposition team members to
guess the movie name based on the famous lines. Choose famous dialogues for maximum participation.

Divide your team into equal groups and create a list of random items which you can share with the
participants. Once this is done the groups start working with available materials given to them and work
towards a goal of creating something unique. This would help understand their creativity levels and also

asked to come up with a creative outfit.

This game can be extremely exciting and mischievous. Each person has to pick one item from a colleagues’
desk of their choice before the event. Others will have to guess the name of the person to whom it belongs.

two teams to give fake awards to each other. Ask them to come up with interesting and creative titles and
make sure they explain the reason behind it as well. The tile should represent something unique about the

A classic clock stacking game, teams will be asked to build a tower using the jenga blocks. During the game,
players take turns removing one block at a time from a tower constructed, without disrupting the existing
tower. Each block removed is then balanced on top of the tower, creating a progressively taller but less stable
structure.

This game can be played indoor or outdoor with one or more players who try to find hidden objects or places
by using a series of clues. The game includes searching for items, following clues as a group or splitting into
teams to race to a prize. It’s a good physical and mental activity for the employees and is a good team building
exercise as well.

7. Jigsaw Puzzle Pieces
The teams should be divided and given a bag of puzzles. The team will have to work together and put the
pieces together to complete the puzzle. They will think that they are competing against each other and then
come to realize that they can finish the puzzle only when they work together.
