Determine the range of possible sources • Offline  Design easy and short questionnaire which gives maximum input for Project and insight on consumers usage • What he is doing with internet? • How frequently he is using internet?  Visited Places like Colleges,Cafes,Malls,Gaming parlour ,Game zone in Mall  Benefit of offline questionnaire is engagement with respondent, communication with user  Through which you can observe gesture, his emotions, point of view and accept suggestion
