  3. 3.  It can usually be formed after a hurricane Forms by heavy rain inside a dark cloud Twisted air rising The troposhrere needs to have instability for a thunder storm and a tornado to occur
  4. 4. Get into a basement.Never go up stairs.Go to your smallest bathroom.Choose a room on the north or the southside of your shelter.Hide under sturdy furniture.
