Revenue Model Startups don´t have much money to spend on consulting services like BP elaborations; Revenue model:  Success fee: most part of the payment is only charged if the BP is successful (acceptance of incubator);  Operational fee: about 20% or 30% of the total price of the BP (charged even if the BP isn´t successful, in order to cover the operational costs);  Participation: the successful startup can trade a part of the success fee for a minor participation on the company;
