Dear Affiliates,
Yet another eventful month passed by at RE/MAX MGM.
While a few agents joining RE/MAX MGM has become a routine
but such small victories by a lot of offices over period of time
leads to making of the largest real estate broking company in
India.We signed two new franchises in Ahmedabad and it is a
matter of pride that highly skilled, educated and experienced
people are joining RE/MAX to build their own business.
Last month India was worried about drought and a huge rain fall deficit. However those fears have been
“washed”away. People are slowly gaining confidence that the economy will be stable and hence investor
confidence is slowly returning to normal. I am hearing from our agents and offices that the number of
inquiries have increase since last quarter and they hope to see a good Diwali.
We did events in Pune this month and found that even though people are appreciating the fact the
brokers have improved, they are also noticing the long way brokers have to go before they gain
customer trust. However in other parts of our region we have not observed similar improvements by
independent brokers. RE/MAX Is all about improvement in customer perception of brokers and we are
working hard to educate our agents to change their approach to real estate broking in such a manner
which makes them more trust worthy humans.
Speaking of training, we did a weekly online training and also did a classroom training for teaching
recruitment to our franchisees. As a new initiative we are planning to monthly online meeting of broker
owners by including all franchisees across MGM.This helps us share ideas and success stories from across
the regions.
I want to end with congratulating Mr.Vivek Parikh for completing 4 years, Mr. Sunil Mehta for completing
2 years and Mr. Munish Gupta for completing 1 year with RE/MAX !

Dear Affiliates, Yet another eventful month passed by at RE/MAX MGM. While a few agents joining RE/MAX MGM has become a routine but such small victories by a lot of offices over period of time leads to making of the largest real estate broking company in India.We signed two new franchises in Ahmedabad and it is a matter of pride that highly skilled, educated and experienced people are joining RE/MAX to build their own business. Last month India was worried about drought and a huge rain fall deficit. However those fears have been “washed”away. People are slowly gaining confidence that the economy will be stable and hence investor confidence is slowly returning to normal. I am hearing from our agents and offices that the number of inquiries have increase since last quarter and they hope to see a good Diwali. We did events in Pune this month and found that even though people are appreciating the fact the brokers have improved, they are also noticing the long way brokers have to go before they gain customer trust. However in other parts of our region we have not observed similar improvements by independent brokers. RE/MAX Is all about improvement in customer perception of brokers and we are working hard to educate our agents to change their approach to real estate broking in such a manner which makes them more trust worthy humans. Speaking of training, we did a weekly online training and also did a classroom training for teaching recruitment to our franchisees. As a new initiative we are planning to monthly online meeting of broker owners by including all franchisees across MGM.This helps us share ideas and success stories from across the regions. I want to end with congratulating Mr.Vivek Parikh for completing 4 years, Mr. Sunil Mehta for completing 2 years and Mr. Munish Gupta for completing 1 year with RE/MAX !
