This a presentation I created to present my company's (Chester) results after eight hypothetical years of competition, using the Capsim business simulation game. In the simulation, participants had to manage all aspects of the business, including R&D, manufacturing, marketing, and finance. At the end of the simulation, I was the top company in the industry.

  • There key really is to use a broad differentiation strategy and to keep a presence in every segment. Focus on the buying criteria and consider how to make your product better at the cheapest price. For example in low end, you can save on MTBF and instead reduce price. I scored in the 99th percentile in my MBA class by using the guide from the capsim experts at:
