and South Africa) according to some Gartner Group’ predictions for BPM they say: “By 2013,
dynamic BPM will be an imperative for companies seeking process efficiencies in increasingly
chaotic environments.”[GARTNER] But how does it apply to the BRICS Countries? We will see
in this paper how local characteristics aligned to BPM Practices will make the difference among
BRICS Countries.
