  1. 1. • Candidate should be strong in networking both online as well as offline. • Should have excellent convincing skills in English and other local languages. • Prior experience in direct head hunting preferred. • Willing to travel at candidate place to convince them, if necessary. • Strong knowledge of companies and their competitors. • Good knowledge of current economy and recruitment needs. • Should have experience in managing large database of profiles and its references including communication and updating their profiles. • Should be strong enough to get references from placed candidates and passive candidates. • Excellent relationship with the candidates • Strong follow up skills
