    2. 2. Every company has brochure and should have it in pdf format. Brochure of 2 pages are readable while more than 3 pages are unable to read as it takes too long time to load to view.
    3. 3. What are the contents to be written on Brochure? Content is king. Unique content is the best way to attract clients. Don’t write like a story. Don’t use “we” in your content. Content should be to the point and attractive. You can add images relevant to your content. Your brochure should contain all the details including senior employees and their responsibilities.

    6. 6. Don't add too many images. For 2 pages, you can add details like client testimonial, profiles of founder, co-founder, and other senior persons designation and their backgrounds including their photos.
    7. 7. Quality, Size ,and content of the brochure Make sure that your brochure is free from blur content and images. For single page brochure, exceed the width so that it exactly fit the window. The size of the brochure should not exceed 500kb. Do not copy from others Use standard software to create brochure i.e. Adobe Photoshop , Microsoft Word
    8. 8. How to write the content About – Start from beginning; founded, founder, and strategy to business expansion. Don’t forget to explain your headhunted database. Explain the unique way of approaching candidates. Services – Mention the services what you do; training, talent hunting, executive search etc. Summarize the services you offer. Domain – Don't provide unnecessarily all the domains. If you are working only for particular field of sectors, name the list. Procedure– Don’t copy from others. Provide your own way of reaching candidates. Mention step by step procedure. Testimonials– Providing testimonials of clients and candidates build strong positive reputation. Provide not more than 4 testimonials for 2 page brochure. Contact– Add contact details; 1 mobile number, 1 landline number, and 1 email id including employee name and his/her designation responsible for BD.

Online Marketing Once you competed the brochure, upload it to various document sharing sites like • Slideshare • Scribd • Docs • Website and blog Also link to other social sites like facebook, twitter, linkedin etc For email, b2b environment, you can attach brochure with small description. Hardcore copy- nowadays, hardcopy are rarely used. Instead of hardcopy, many companies go for PowerPoint presentation for demo.
