"Love For... Church"

  1. 1. Love for… Church How can we love God?
  2. 2. [1 John 4:7-12] Beloved, let us love one another, for love isfrom God, and whoever loves has been born of God andknows God. [8] Anyone who does not love does not knowGod, because God is love. [9] In this the love of God wasmade manifest among us, that God sent his only Son intothe world, so that we might live through him. [10] In thisis love, not that we have loved God but that he loved usand sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins.
  3. 3. [11] Beloved, if God so loved us, we also ought to love oneanother. [12] No one has ever seen God; if we love oneanother, God abides in us and his love is perfected in us. Love One Another

A. “Beloved, if God so loved us, we also ought to love one another.”Ephesians 4:30-32 And do not grieve the Holy Spirit ofGod, by whom you were sealed for the day of redemption.[31] Let all bitterness and wrath and anger and clamorand slander be put away from you, along with all malice.[32] Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving oneanother, as God in Christ forgave you.
  11. 11. A. “Beloved, if God so loved us, we also ought to love one another.Colossians 1:19-20 For in him all the fullness of God waspleased to dwell, [20] and through him to reconcile tohimself all things, whether on earth or in heaven, makingpeace by the blood of his cross.
  12. 12. B. “No one has ever seen God”John 1:16-18 For from his fullness we have all received, grace upon grace. For the law was given through Moses;grace and truth came through Jesus Christ. No one hasever seen God; the only God, who is at the Fathers side,he has made him known.
