  2. 2. Methodology <ul><li>Period for which success rate will be calculated will be from the year 2000 to year 2005. That is; the programme-wise enrolment will be taken only for the period 2000 to 2005. </li></ul>
  3. 3. Sample <ul><li>Programme-wise students who have passed out, upto the last convocation (that is; 17th convocation held in year 2006) will be counted for calculating the success rate </li></ul>
  4. 4. Formula <ul><li>Success rate will be calculated using the formula: </li></ul>Enrolment for the programme in year = Success rate for a programme in year Total No. of students (enrolled for the programme in year) who have passed out upto the 17 th convocation

For example, the success rate for MBA programme is worked out below: Note: Students enrolled in yr 2005 who successfully complete all courses, will be earliest awarded the diploma in the 18th convovation to held in yr 2007.
