Tacoma Narrows Bridge <ul><li>It collapsed on November 7,1940 </li></ul><ul><li>It was supposed to hold 60,000 cars </li></ul><ul><li>It was 7,329 feet and the wind was 42 miles per hour </li></ul><ul><li>It was in Washington, State </li></ul><ul><li>It was also called Galloping Gertie </li></ul>

Did You Know <ul><li>Did you know that it took two years to build and it was only usable for 4 months. </li></ul><ul><li>Did you know that when it was crashing that there was a truck on the bridge and the man in it had to jump out to save his life and he did and about an hour later the truck fell with the bridge. </li></ul><ul><li>Did you know why it was called Galloping Gertie because it looked like it was galloping. </li></ul>
