ISSUES INFLUENCE THE DECISON MAKING PROCESS.THE PARTIES USING MARATHI LANGUAGE TO ORGANIZE PEOPLE DOESNT MAKE MUCH OF A DIFFERENCE. PEOPLE ARE FULLY DISSATISFIED WITH NCP/UPA IN MAHARASHTRA.
