Creating Vector Data <ul><li>For the USGS and NOAA photos Using ArcMap we: </li></ul><ul><li>Imported scans of the flightline diagram </li></ul><ul><li>Georeferenced the flightline diagrams </li></ul><ul><li>Added points, and assigned unique ids created </li></ul><ul><li>during the database populating process </li></ul><ul><li>Imported the spreadsheets (converted to DBFs) </li></ul><ul><li>Using the unique ids in the dbf and the points, did a </li></ul><ul><li>basic “join” to connect the data we created with the </li></ul><ul><li>latitude/longitude information </li></ul><ul><li>export shape files </li></ul>
