4. My Goal
Specific- I will drop my BMI from 29.8 to 27.0
Measureable- I will measure this by taking weekly
BMI measurements.
Attainable- I have just joined a new gym and will
begin a new eating regiment next week.
Realistic- I have lost weight before, and know that I
can do it.
Timely- I am giving myself until April 20th, as this is
just about two months.
6. Food Plan
I went on a specific diet. I did a shake diet, HMR,
where I had 5 shakes a day and then a very well
balanced and specific dinner meal.
I cut out all sodium and all beverages that were not
water or seltzer.
I increased my fiber intake by adding ground flax
seed to my shakes.
I made sure that I was taking a multivitamin to
supplement my diet.
7. Exercise
I joined a gym and began taking fitness classes 4
times a week.
I trained with weights 3 times a week.
9. Secret
WATER!! I drank half of my body
weight in ounces of water per day. I
made it a game to see how long it took
me each to get there. I found that I
drank more water when I had a straw.
