  11. 11. Steps for Accreditation of REC <ul><li>Application by Eligible Entity to host State Agency. Separate application required by the applicant in case of multiple RE generation project. </li></ul><ul><li>A unique acknowledgement number shall be assigned by the state agency for each application for accreditation. </li></ul><ul><li>A preliminary scrutiny by state agency after receipt of application to ensure the completeness of the application in all respect. (Within 2 days) </li></ul><ul><li>Written intimation to applicant for further information if required by the state agency (the applicant have to furnish requisite details within 7 days). </li></ul><ul><li>In case of rejection of application, a written intimation is given to applicant within 2 working days from date of receipt of the application by State Agency. </li></ul><ul><li>Verification of information during consideration of application for accreditation </li></ul><ul><li>Grant of ‘certificate of accreditation’ after inspecting /verification of required information for accreditation . </li></ul>

Entity have to mention their unique registration code assigned by central agency at the time of registration. </li></ul><ul><li>Central Agency assign an acknowledgement number after referring the registration code. </li></ul><ul><li>A preliminary scrutiny by Central agency after receipt of application to ensure the completeness of the application in all respect. ( Within 2 days ) </li></ul><ul><li>Written intimation to applicant for further information if required by the Central agency. ( the applicant have to furnish requisite details within 5 days ). </li></ul><ul><li>In case of rejection of application, a written intimation is given to applicant within 2 working days from date of receipt of the application by Central Agency </li></ul><ul><li>Verification of information during consideration of application for Issuance </li></ul><ul><li>Grant of ‘Renewable Energy Certificate’ after confirming the claim by Eligible Entity and injection report by SLDC. </li></ul>

Pre- Issuance check –by CA <ul><li>Verification of the time period for which the Central Agency may have already issued Renewable Energy Certificates to the concerned Eligible Entity. </li></ul><ul><li>Verification of Renewable Energy Certificates claimed by the Eligible </li></ul><ul><li>Entity from the Energy Injection Reports submitted by the concerned </li></ul><ul><li>State Load Despatch Centre in respect of concerned Eligible Entity. </li></ul><ul><li>Details of fee & charges made for issuance of certificates. </li></ul><ul><li>Confirmation of Compliance Auditor report, if any . </li></ul>
