VTET: VADODRA TRAFFIC EDUCATION TRUST During 2008, there was a traffic enforcement, due to lack offacility, so they started recruitment after creating a community,recruiting traffic brigade, Baroda needed 550 traffic police, they segregated it to categoryA,B and C. The volunteers were getting Rs.200 per day, In 2008, there were 539traffic police needed.

RECRUITMENT PROCESS PROCESS FOR TRAFFIC BREGADES:o Registration and issue of tokens,o Physical Test, (100mtr running, Height, Weight and Chest)o Oral interview by RTO, Police Dept., and physical instructor,o Medical Check-upo Issue of letter for training. UNIQUENESS IN TRAINING:o they train them for fire fightings also for First-aid training,o They appointed top performer of the training as Supervisor.
