  2. 2. “The true sign of intelligence is not knowledge, but imagination." The creativity and imagination worked magically in creating art pieces in Wednesday’s competition. Students of Grade IX-XII created an aesthetic art piece in the 'Ikebana art' competition by arranging flowers keeping in view the colour scheme and ambience. Students of grades VI-VIII came up with an innovative way of designing articles with leather in the 'leather craft ' competition. Grade IV- V did 'marble art' to create wonderful show pieces. The healthy competitions designed like this always give them wings of imagination.
  3. 3. We feel delighted to inform that students participated in Ludhiana Sahodya School Complex Handball tournament and brought laurels to the school. Under 19 girls bagged the first position and under 14 girls got the second position. Indeed! A proud moment for JSHS team.
  4. 4. We feel elated to share with you all the accolades brought by students in an inter-school carnival -BCM Fusion 2022. Students participated and bagged Winner's Position in Culinary Art and 2nd Runner- up Position in Budding Entrepreneur. Heartiest Congratulations to all the winners.
  5. 5. Jesus' Sacred Heart School celebrated Gurpurab (Parkash Purab of Shri Guru Nanak Dev Ji). The celebration commenced with a prayer followed by ‘Shabad kirtan’. The festival was celebrated with great pride, honour and respect. The spiritual ambience of devotional ‘Bhajans’ and ‘Ardas’ sparked a religious fervour in the air. Langar was served to all the students, staff members and helping staff and was relished by all.
  6. 6. I t is a time to applaud the students of our school who bagged the Ist runner-up position in the LSSC Radio Jockey competition held at Atam Public Sr. Secondary School, competing 2 2 teams. They presented witty Radio Jockey act filled with fun, humour and imparting a message to the audience.

CHILDREN’S DAY CELEBRATION “ EVERY CHILD I S A DIFFERENT KIND OF FLOWER AND ALL TOGETHER MAKES THIS WORLD A BEAUTIFUL GARDEN.” A DAY CELEBRATING CHILDHOOD , AND TO MAKE THIS EVENT A MEMORABLE ONE FOR OUR LITTLE ONES, JESUS' SACRED HEART SCHOOL , SOUTH C I T Y ORGANISED A M A G I C SHOW FOR THE STUDENTS OF PRE PRIMARY AND PRIMARY I N THE SCHOOL PREMISES. THE T I N Y TOTS CAME DRESSED UP I N CASUAL CLOTHES AND BROUGHT THEIR FAVOURITE LUNCH. THE DAY COMMEMORATED W I T H IMMENSE JOY, ENTHUSIASM AND MAGNIFICENCE.

𝐃𝐨𝐧’𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐃𝐚𝐲𝐬, 𝐌𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐃𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭 Jesus’ Sacred Heart School boys were Selected for the National-level skating competition representing Punjab state which is scheduled to be held in Bangalore. Students participated in Punjab Roller skating championship held at Mohali and exhibited their skills with precision by bagging various medals. Two boys are selected from Jesus' Sacred Heart School Ludhiana, representing Punjab state who are further going ahead for the National level skating championship. I t is indeed a proud moment for school to have reached the pinnacle of success. Congratulations to the participants and best wishes from school management for future endeavours.
  9. 9. Annual Day (Senior) on the theme ' Ehsaas' celebrated with great splendour, mirth and zest. I t was a scintillating show. Here are the few glimpses for the same.

  11. 11. School hosted an interactive moderated causerie with strategic leaders. The eminent speakers invited for the crossbanding session were Dr. Rishu Bhanot, a renowned diabetologist and intensivist, Director- American Spine and Medical institute and Mr. Dinesh Kumar who is a Dean, faculty of journalism and mass communication. Around 35 Principals from in and around Ludhiana participated in the conference wherein they discussed at length various issues related to hypertension, diabetes, the need to reanalyse some basics in school education. The session was informative and effective.
  12. 12. JSHS organised seminar on financial literacy and Entrepreneurial skills for students of the Financial literacy and entrepreneur club. The resource person, Mr Chaksh sharma imparted information regarding various investments avenues and wealth creation. Students were guided about power of compounding and magic of investment at early age. Mr. Naresh Sachdeva shared the examples of various entrepreneurs and motivated the students to pursue their ideas passionately and to come up as future entrepreneurs of the country. Both the sessions were worth attending and imparted great knowledge to the students.
  13. 13. 𝐒𝐢𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬, 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐬 𝐝𝐢𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭. School feels proud to share that Nishan Singh (U- 14 boys), Sukhmeet Kaur (U-19 girls) and Samanpreet Kaur ( U-19 girls) represented school at the State level in Handball tournament and it is a proud moment to announce that Sukhmeet Kaur (U-19 girls) has been selected for the National Camp. School Management wishes her good luck for her future endeavours.
  14. 14. JSHS organized Cleanliness Drive as a part of Sewa strand activity on project day wherein students of grade I X - X participated whole heartedly. The main purpose of this programme was to create awareness among the students regarding cleanliness and its benefits and also to imbibe ethical values and life skills in them.
