How to obtain information? <ul><li>Filing an Application : </li></ul><ul><li>At the PIO in public agencies </li></ul><ul><li>Nominal application fee, exempt for BPL applicants </li></ul><ul><li>Reasons, personal details need not be stated </li></ul><ul><li>Time limits : </li></ul><ul><li>30 days from date of application (40 days if third party is involved) </li></ul><ul><li>Within 48 hours in case of info related to life and liberty </li></ul><ul><li>Additional fees (if any) to be paid during receipt of information. </li></ul>Rakesh Reddy
