PREPARE thecase:• THE CASE CANNOTEXCEED 23 KG• Make sure you canIDENTIFY EASILYYOUR CASE, and yourname and addressshould be clear in theexterior of the case.• Put your name andaddress on a piece ofpaper inside your caseshould the luggagelabel on the outside falloff
THEHANDBAGGAGE:• You cannot takeliquids or similarsubstances (have alook at the picture).• Prepare a CHANGEOF CLOTHES.• The ID, the VISAand the BoardingCards and Money.• Carryvaluable goodslike cameras andjewellery in your handluggage
Take care permanently of your baggage.Do not leave it alone or disregarded in public areas (airports, hall of hotels …). Do not accept packages from strangers.
GO TO THE AIRPORT: in the INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS youmust go 2 HOURS BEFORE THE FLIGHT
THE 1st STEP:You have to go to the CHECK IN deskand leave the luggage.When CHECK IN you get the BOARDING PASS.
2ND STEP:YOU HAVE TO GO TO THE BOARDING GATE Your passport and ID will be checked at the airport, before you board.
3rd stepSECURITY:Security at mostairports means thatthe screening ofhand baggage andbody checks cantake longer,particularly at busytimes, so pleaseallow plenty of timeto get to your flighton time (if youtravel US thesecurity will takelonger).
BOARDING LOUNGE:You can stay in the BOARDING LOUNGEuntil the LAST CALL before the flight.
