  12. 12. Coding Dojo • is a programming session based around a simple coding challenge. Programmers of different skill levels are invited to engage in deliberate practice as equals. The goal is to learn, teach and improve with fellow software developers in a non- competitive setting. • Once in two months • First Saturday (as of now) • Limited to 15 members • Platform to learn by coding
  13. 13. Hack the Tower • A hack day for developers to work on projects together, build new apps or just discover how to get the most out of all the new shiny technology out there. There are no rules or prizes to distract you, except the infinitely valuable prize of knowledge, experience and fun. • Once in two months • Open for all • Platform to Contribute!
  14. 14. CodeRetreat • is a day-long, intensive practice event, focusing on the fundamentals of software development and design. By providing developers the opportunity to take part in focused practice, away from the pressures of 'getting things done', the Coderetreat format has proven itself to be a highly effective means of skill improvement. Practicing the basic principles of modular and object-oriented design, developers can improve their ability to write code that minimizes the cost of change over time. • Adhoc program and Yearly once (Global day of CodeRetreat) • Limited to 30
