  3. 3. Hawa Mahal Hawa Mahal, was built in 1799 by Maharaja Sawai Pratap Singh, in the form of the crown of Krishna, the Hindu god. Jal Mahal Jal Mahal is a palace located in the middle of the Man Sagar Lake in Jaipur city. The palace and the lake around it were renovated and enlarged in the 18thJaipur century by Maharaja Jai Singh II of AmberJaipur, is the capital and largest city of the Indian state ofRajasthan. It was founded on 18 November 1727 byMaharaja Sawai Jai Singh II. The city today has apopulation of 3.1 million.
