TV industry is estimated to have reached a size of INR 257 billion, a growth of 6.8 percent over 2008. Expected to grow at the rate of 15 percent over 2010-14 and reach a size of INR 521 billion in 2014

Associate: Inventory Development (Selection Perspective)
Job Description• Run a series of inventory reports on daily, weekly, or monthly basis and perform detailed analysis of item performance.• Need to analyze which kind of site can be created for certain events and negotiate on a day to day basis with various vendors/ inventory owners• Identify ‘heavy’ and ‘low turn’ inventory items and maintain communication reports for sales team.• Raising invoices to the vendors as per plans and coordinating with Accounts Department on billing matters.• Laisoning with account relationship team with regards to all matters concerning the campaign at the pre, during and post stage.• Meet, build and maintain relationships with Presidents of all RWA’s and the vendors for ensuring Ethos to be the preferred media option for them• Responsible for site and vendor generation and negotiating the terms of agreements with various vendors• Maintain good relations with the vendors and get the best media pan India basis• Develop accurate, consistent, and enhancements to the inventory reporting structure.• Perform inventory adjustments (quantity and price variance analysis)• Perform visual validation of received inventories from various vendors• Maintain track of the sites being utilized of various vendors and giving them a timely update of the start and end of the campaign
Education & Experience• The candidate must have a Bachelors Degree or a post Graduation (preferred MBA)• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills;• demonstrated ability to organize vast amounts of data;• demonstrate ability to multi-task several priorities and possess solid time management skills• Capable of working the entire MS Office suite, especially Excel

Compensation Plan-• The compensation plan will include a base salary of 3.2 lacs (20 k in hand) plus reimbursementsLocation – Delhi
