Leadershipto ensure there is a flow of expertise between schools and that sustainable practices are in place to ensure this continues<br />Monthly Principals’ meetings;<br />TRC – registration and assessment of teachers, Dr. Peter Lind – talk & discussions around teacher training & beginning teachers (including Principals from Tasmania);<br />Patsy Inda – Massey – formative assessment in action – discussions;<br />Tim Whyte – AP/DP training;<br />Continuation of work with John McLellan – Thirsty Thursdays, Mentor Principals.<br />

Maori Successall educators use pedagogies that are known to be highly effective for Maori learners<br />Use inter-cluster expertise and our attached Maori advisor to explore and implement the use of pedagogies that meet the needs of our Maori students and thereby all students<br />Term 4 Principals’ meeting, meeting with MoE for discussions on KaHikitia document – MGF Rubric;<br />Working with local Kura in the cluster.<br />
