  2. 2. So why is it celebrated? <ul><li>Reason for Celebrating: </li></ul><ul><li>To remember the story of exodus from Egypt </li></ul><ul><li>Refers to the fact that God passed over the houses of the Jews when he was killing the firstborn of Egypt </li></ul>
  3. 3. How Passover is Celebrated <ul><li>Rituals: </li></ul><ul><li>Jews have a Passover feast called Seder </li></ul><ul><li>A child hides the afikomen (a type of bread) for his/her parents to find and is rewarded if they can not find it </li></ul>
