Bryan Ausinheiler was experiencing some GI distress and wanted to figure out what was causing it. Using a regimented diet and self-tracking he was embarked on an interesting journey to see what was causing the issues.

  28. 28. DISCUSSION  I have since tried puree of sunflower seeds without noticing any ill effects. Chunky peanut butter seems to cause the same problem as the sunflower seeds did
