Why humans are complex organisms(1F)

  1. 1. Name: Lim Shu Qian,Sim Q i Quan,Cha Siao Zhen, Malina lim , LimYee Thin&Cha Wen KaiClass :1FTeacher:Mdm.Kuck Sew Fei
  2. 2. Why Human Are Complex Organisms?!
  3. 3. 1)Human cells2)Tissues3)Organs4)System5)Organism6)Conclusions
  4. 4. CELL ORGANISATIONCELL The smallest unit of life in our body.TISSUE Makes up of a group of cell.ORGAN Makes up from a few differents types of tissuesSYSTEM Makes up of a few organ.ORGANISM Made up of different systems that are coordinated to carry out various functions.
  5. 5.  HUMANS ARE COMPLEX ORGANISMS THAT MADE UP OF MILLION INDIVIDUAL CELLS. HUMANS HAVE TEN SYSTEM IN THEIR BODY. CELL>>>>>TISSUE>>>>>ORGAN>>>>> SYSTEM>>>>>ORGANISM (FROM SIMPLE TO COMPLEX)
  6. 6.  Epithelial cells Nerve cells (NEURONES) Sperms Egg cells(OVUM) Red blood cells Muscle cells White blood cells Bone cells Cardiac cells
  7. 7. Bone cells : To support our body.Reproductive cells : To give birth our young.
  8. 8. Epithelial cells : To cover our body against diseases.Nerve cells : To send message.White blood cells : To kill bacteria.
  9. 9. TissueMade up of the same type of cells that work togetherto perform a function. Muscle Tissue It looks like eye. It allows our body’s movement. Epithelial Tissue It covers our body.
  10. 10. Bone TissueIt protect and support our body. Nerve Tissue To send messages to our brain.
  11. 11. OvaryProduces egg cells. Testis Produces sperm cells.
  12. 12. Structure of heart
  13. 13. BrainResponds to changes inside and outside the body.
  14. 14. Human Beings are Complex Organisms1.The human being is the most intelligent livingthing on Earth.2.Human beings have the ability to think andreason.3.Human beings are also able to create, learnfrom experience and communicate with eachother by using languages.4.The ability to do all these enables humanbeings to solve problems in life.
  15. 15. 5.Such ability to do all these enables human beings toinvent things and make other efforts to make lifemore comfortable.6.The brain is the organ that makes human beingsmore intelligent than other organisms.7.However,we must remember that all organs andsystems are equally important for the body tofunction well.
  16. 16. 8.The system in ourbody interdependentand do not workindividually.
  17. 17. 9.Any damage to anorgan or a system mayalso affect another.
  18. 18. Human are COMPLEX ORGANISM.BECAUSE1.Human can do many things in the same time.2.Human can think.3.Human made up of many types of cell.4.Human brain is able to distinguish between right and wrong actions.
  19. 19. 5.Human beings are able to use fire andmake tools and machines.6.Human being are able to discover andinvent new things.7.Human are able to discover newmedicines for treating diseases.
  20. 20. 8.Human being are able tomake spaceships for exploringouter space.9.Human being believe thereis a creator of the universe .
  21. 21. TYPES OF SYSTEM IN HUMAN BODY ORGANS : MOUTH, OESOPHAGUS, LIVER, STOMACH, PANCREAS, LARGE INTESTINE, SMALL INTESTINE RECTUM. FUNCTION: DIGESTIVE SYSTEM CLASSES OF FOOD SO THAT THE NUTRIENTS CAN BE ABSORBED EASILY BY THE BODY. ORGANS: NOSE, TRACHEA, BRONCHUS AND LUNG. DIGESTIVE FUNCTION: INHALES OXYGEN RESPIRATORY SYSTEM. AND EXHALE CARBON DIOXIDE. SYSTEM.
  22. 22. ORGANS: HEART, ARTERY AND VEIN. FUNCTION: TRNASPORT OXYGEN AND FOOD TO ALL PART OF THE BODY AND TRANSPORT EXCRETORY PRODUCTS. ORGANS: BRAIN, SPINAL CORD NERVE. FUNCTION: COORDINATES AND CONTROLS MOST NERVE ACTIVITIES AND BLOOD RECEIVE EXTERNALCIRCULATORY NERVOUS STIMULI AND SYSTEM SYSTEM COORDINATES RESPONSES
  23. 23. ORGANS: LUNGS , SKIN, KIDNEY AND BLADDER. FUNCTION: REMOVES EXCRETORY PRODUCTS FROM THE BODY LUNGS: REMOVE CARBON DIOXIDE AND WATER VAPOUR KIDNEYS: REMOVE UREA , MINERAL SALTS AND WATER. SKIN: REMOVE UREA, MINERAL SALTS AND WATER. ORGANS: MUSCLE.EXCRETORY MUSCULARSYSTEM FUNCTION: ALLOW SYSTEM. BODY MOVEMENT.
  24. 24. ORGANS: SKULL,PECTORAL GIRDLE, RIB BONE, BACKBONE, PELVIC GIRDLE, FEMUR FUNCTION:SUPPORTS THE BODY, PROTECT INTERNAL ORGANS AND ENABLES BODY MOVEMENT. FUNCTIONS:RETURN LYMPH TO THE BLOOD STREAM AND PROTECT THE BODY FROM DISEASE, CAUSE LYMPHATICSKELETAL ORGANISMS. SYSTEM SYSTEM.
  25. 25. ORGANS: PITUITARY GLAND, THYROID GLAND, PANCREAS, ADRENAL GLAND, OVARY, TESTIS. FUNCTION: PRODUCES HORMONES AND COORDINATES AND CONTROLS BODY RESPONSES TO STIMULI AND LIFE PROCESSES SUCH AS REPRODUCTION AND GROWTH.ENDOCRINE SYSTEM.
  26. 26. Digestive SystemBreaks food down into simplersubstances which the body canabsorb nutrient.
  27. 27. CARDIOVASCULAR SYSTEM
  28. 28. Hypophyseal PortalSystem
  29. 29. • Takes in oxygen from the atmosphere.• Removes carbon dioxide and water vapour from the body.
  30. 30. •Breaks food down intosimpler substanceswhich the boy can absorb.
  31. 31. organism
  32. 32. Organisms
  33. 33. Conclusion Human beings have various types of cells which are specialised to perform specific functions. So , human can think, steer , see , hear , hum ,press brakes and pedal
