Leads<br />Leads refer to an individual or organization that shows interest in your firm’s services by responding through direct marketing channels like advertisements. <br />Leads are generated by the marketing department and they also get connected with your firm through existing customer referrals. <br />Leads are also referred to as prospective customers who may be interested in your firm’s products. <br />April 22, 2010<br />5<br />
