It simplifies the process of people transferring between projects<br />We have a very low rate of staff turnover. 95% of our employees stay with Intetics from the very first day they started working with us. It allows us to concentrate on continuous growth of GIS specialists rather than retention issues.<br />We continuously monitor each employee personal growth, as it assists us to create hierarchy of people with different aptitudes for different types of projects<br />Currently we have 3 Senior GIS specialists, 35 Middle level GIS specialists and 32 Junior GIS specialists.<br />
