  3. 11. “ The international office should place more checks on national coalitions, agreed their independence is there but there should be measures that ensure checks and balances, this would curtail national coalition dragging the name of the global campaign into muddy waters. ”
  4. 12. « Le secretaire international devrait renforcer la capacite des acteurs de la societe civile et developper des strategies pour la protection des militants. Sur ces fronts il n'est pas tres visible »
  5. 13. « Trés efficace dans la distribution des informations; mais faible appui aux coalitions nationale dans l'accompagnement de la mise en oeuvre de l'ITIE dans les Etats. »
  6. 14. “ Well established and works so hard and effectively. Assists partners in developing countries well and ensures that their concerns are addressed well.”
  7. 15. “ Greater focus on building the institutional capacity of members and their capacity to communicate. The Secretariat should also make greater efforts to disseminate information in many languages”
  8. 16. “ PWYP is outstanding on solidarity actions against the harassment, intimidation, torture and imprisonment of PWYP campaigners globally. This impressively adds a layer of courage and support to the sustainability of campaigns against resource-curse. ”
  9. 17. “ I didn't know there was a PWYP international office. Where is it located? “
  10. 21. « Il faut éviter des structures lourdes et bureaucratiques. PWYP doit rester un réseau d'échange et d'appui et laisser la liberté aux organisations membres de fixer leurs priorités et autres défis »
  11. 22. “ PWYP should not function as an institution but as a demand process from bottom up. The agenda should be driven by national/local demand and not the global campaign dictating the agenda. Therefore, there is a need to redefine PWYP as Campaign being driven by national/continental agendas and also PWYP should facilitate access to funding for local campaigns and activities”
  12. 23. “ More clarity and information on the SAG work would be appreciated”
  13. 24. « L'assemblée générale et les autres organes permettraient d'accroître la participation des membres et ainsi que la transparence »
  14. 25. “ I think that the PWYP global coalition operates in a reasonably effective way but there is definitely room from improvement now that the coalition has grown significantly”
  15. 26. “ I think that the PWYP global coalition operates in a reasonably effective way but there is definitely room from improvement now that the coalition has grown significantly”
  16. 27. “ National/Continental initiatives should retain their originality and campaign names and do not need to be called PWYP-X, Y, Z”
  17. 28. “ We need the structure as mentioned above---General Assembly, Executive Committee, Secretariat and voting rights”
  18. 29. “ Perfect!”
