CEO as communicator <ul><li>Communicates firm’s vision, mission, goals and objectives </li></ul><ul><li>Also he may have to listen to the employees complaints/problems etc </li></ul><ul><li>CEO’s must first try and understand the problem and then give a solution. </li></ul><ul><li>Right communication given at the right time can motivate the employees </li></ul><ul><li>Need to be good orators </li></ul>

Time Management for CEOs <ul><li>Categorize tasks into ABC </li></ul><ul><li>A = Most Urgent and important tasks needing personal attention of CEO </li></ul><ul><li>B = Not so important tasks which could be handled by others also </li></ul><ul><li>C = Not important now but may become A or B category tasks later </li></ul>
