Our Mission Altered Esthetics works to sustain the historical role of artists as a voice of society through our exhibits, events, services, workshops and programs.
Accomplishments - Helping over 800 artists show their work - Hosting 41 group exhibitions - Founding the Arts District bike map - Starting the internship program - Engaging volunteers, artists and the community
Goals - Continuing to serve artists - Continuing a rigorous exhibition schedule - Continuing our services - Continuing our internship program - Sustainability!
Sustainability Includes - Maintaining the quality of our exhibitions & our internship program - Increased funding - More engaged, purposive participation - A solid infrastructure!
Proposal - Moving further into a “ decentralized” structure - Using various tools to help
Ae's Old Structure - Young initial structure - Much radiated out from one person - Not as engaged - Not as interactive - Not sustainable
Ae's Current Structure - Transitional - More engaged - More participation - Increased funding - Lack of clarity in roles
Proposal: New Structure - Major single role broken down - Fully engaged - Even more participation - More interactivity & community involvement - Increased funding (hopefully!) - Clarity in roles - Mission-driven - Sustainable!!!

Goals & Timelines for the Wiki - Tonight: Introduce structure - December: Review, get familiar - January: Regroup - Feb-May: Import and link information - June: Transition to Wiki complete
