  17. 17. Game changer program <ul><li>In 2009 NAR issued a challenge to all local associations </li></ul><ul><li>Over 400 applications were submitted to NAR </li></ul><ul><li>Only 14 were selected </li></ul><ul><li>Bay East’s idea was the only one unanimously selected. </li></ul>

The Idea <ul><li>An association to broker and agent customer relationship management system. </li></ul><ul><li>Internally we are calling it the member concierge system </li></ul><ul><li>In addition to being an organization to member system it will be a free hosted CRM platform for brokers to offer agents. </li></ul>
