  1. 1.  The Sisel Innovative Compensation PlanThe most spectacular and best-paying plan in the industry for your prosperity. Why We Can Pay You More • We manufacture our own product, saving us 400% on margins • We’re a debt free company • We’re not a public company; no dividends earmarked for share holdersAll the money we save, we reinvest in product development and payout to you in our compensation plan. That’s why this is the most spectacular, innovative, high-paying, hybrid compensation plan in the historyof network marketing! It’s Simple. It’s Easy. Here’s How It Works. Ranks and Qualifications Choose your level. It’s that easy to start making money. Direct Distributor Bronze Direct Distributor: 50 PV Silver Direct Distributor: 100 PV Gold Direct Distributor: 150 PV Platinum Direct Distributor: 200 PV Master Distributor Master Distributor: Gold or Platinum AP (150+ PV), 1000 PGV, 5000 CPGV Qualification In addition to the listed price, each Sisel product also has two point values assigned: Personal Volume (PV) and Bonus Volume (BV). The PV value helps you qualify to earn specific ranks and commissions that depend on the total PV generated by you, and the total PV generated by everyone in your Personal Group, or PGV (Personal Group Volume). The BV value assigned to each product is used to actually calculate the dollar amounts of compensation earned by distributors. All compensation percentages shown for each bonus reflect that percentage of BV rather than product cost or PV. In many cases BV and PV are equal. The Leaders You Mentor Remain in Your Downline Unlike other plans where leaders break away from your downline causing you to lose commissions, the Sisel Prosperity Plan allows you to earn income on the revenue created by Master Distributors. There’s enough prosperity in our plan to help everyone earn a lot.
  2. 2. Page 2 of 8THE COMMISSIONSAll Bonus volume (BV) that comes into your team is divided into two tiers: the first 100 BV that comes intoyour group is paid through Direct Distributor Commissions (DDC); all BV above 100 is paid through theMaster Distributor Commissions (MDC).Direct Distributor Commission Sisel’s Direct Distributor Commission pays up to 60% with an additional 7% from the Momentum Bonus for an amazing 67% compensation of each point of the first 100 Bonus Volume (BV) generated by the purchases of Distributors in your Downline. You can claim the highest possible portion of this 60% by building your organization according to the optimal width and depth shown in the table below. Doing so enables you to earn compensation through nine levels! DD 1 to 3 4 to 6 7+ Legs Personal B S G P B S G P B S G P Volume Level 1 5% 8% 9% 10% 5% 8% 9% 10% 5% 8% 9% 10% Level 2 7.5% 13% 14% 15% 7.5% 13% 14% 15% 7.5% 13% 14% 15% Level 3 5% 8% 9% 10% 5% 8% 9% 10% 5% 8% 9% 10% Level 4 5% 8% 9% 10% 5% 8% 9% 10% Level 5 2.5% 3% 4% 5% 2.5% 3% 4% 5% Level 6 2.5% 3% 4% 5% 2.5% 3% 4% 5% Level 7 2.5% 3% 4% 5% Level 8 2.5% 3% 4% 5% Level 9 0% 0% 1% 2% Qualification and Payout Summary • The depth, in levels, on which a qualified Distributor is paid, is determined by the width of their organization based on the number of qualified Direct Distributor legs they have. 1-3 legs qualify for payment through three levels, 4-6 legs qualify for payment through six levels, and 7+ legs qualify for payment through nine levels. • To qualify a Direct Distributor Leg there must be a Distributor with a minimum paid rank of Bronze (50PV) in that leg. • If a Distributor does not qualify to receive the Direct Distributor Bonus, he or she will not be counted as a level and those commissions will compress up until the maximum commission has been paid. • Due to dynamic compression, all commission percentages that could have been earned by Distributors, had they qualified, are paid instead to the first-qualifying Upline Distributor in that leg. • Distributors of all ranks not enrolled in AP receive 1% less than the percentages stated in the table above. In certain cases this may result in a Distributor not being paid on an entire level for which they may have qualified had they been enrolled on AP. • Master Distributors count as both Master Distributor legs and Direct Distributor legs. • Commissions earned through the Direct Distributor Bonus are calculated on the first 100 BV generated by each of the Distributors, regardless of rank or Personal Group, that are within your pay range, i.e. a minimum of three levels and a maximum of nine levels. • Preferred Customers are not counted as qualifying Direct Distributor legs.
