How Does The Engagement Work? This will help accelerate your learning. 4 Continuing coaching sessions will start by reviewing what you’ve learned, how you are progressing on your PDP and will introduce a new innovation concept from our methodology Periodic assessments will be taken to demonstrate and quantify the progress you are 5 making as a result of the coaching engagement 6 As your coaching engagement nears an end, we will work together to develop an Innovation Action Plan to help you transition your new knowledge back into your organization The final coaching session is dedicated to reviewing what you’ve learned, quantifying your 7 final growth metrics, identifying your next step for action and celebrating your success!Think For A Change, LLC.
