2. GOOSEBUMPS
It was a windy night. James was sleeping in his bed, like every night, but after what happened that night,
James won't be the same.
Outside everything was calm. It was almost silent, except for some cats that were "chatting". Then, a bit
storm arrived at the town. A very loud thunder made James wake up. But that thunder was a magic thunder.
It made all of James's books come to life. The abominable snowman, the scary snowman, the Gremlins and
Pennywise the clown came to destroy the city. James knew what was going on, so he took his books and he
chased after the monsters to catch them and close the books forever.
After almost all night, he caught all the monsters one by one and finally, when the sun went up, he set all
the books on fire.
Now, he reads his favourite books into an Ebook, which is another way to read.

3. MY HORROR STORY
It was a nice day, in the morning, at the high school. We didn't have exams and all the classes were funny.
In the afternoon we had a little party because it was my birthday. Thirteen years old. In the evening I went to
my dance class and I had a lot of fun with my friends.
Later that evening, I went to bed very tired and I fell asleep quickly. Then I woke up and saw some spirits
flying over my bed. They said something but I didn't understand.
Then they started to sing: HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU…

4. CEMETERY
Two years ago, on the night of Halloween, I was walking with my friends from house to house doing trick or treat
and asking for sweets. At ten o'clock at night we were in a park, because we were really tired, but something was
strange, there wasn't anybody on the street, any cars, any animals… I was a bit scared but anyway we took a little
nap in the middle of the park. Three hours later, when I opened my eyes, I saw something scary, I wasn't in the park,
I was in a cemetery! I don't know why I was there. But there was another scary and strange thing, I was a ghost!
I tried to escape out of the cemetery, but I couldn't, one voice told me that if I wanted to escape out, I had to kill
some person in it. So be careful if you come to this cemetery, because you probably won't get out of it.

5. THE FULL MOON VICTIMS
The day that everything changed I was in my bedroom, when I heard a noise. I listened and a deep growl echoed through
my entire house. I jumped and ran down the stairs only to find blood, a whole lot of blood. My parents, or should I say the
parts that remained of them, were scattered over the floor. a pair of eyes, a hand and two heads with horror stuck
expressions. As I stumbled onto the floor, I heard the deep growl behind me; a half wolf, half man creature, with canines the
size of fingers looked into my eyes. Reflexively, I tore down a pipe and I hit him hard on his skull. As he fell to the floor
and transformed into a strange-looking man, I grabbed a knife and aimed at his breast. i tried to find the darkness within me
to end his life, but I only found a gaping hole inside of me where my breast should have been. So I dropped the knife, took a
last look into the man's eyes, and jumped out of the window.

6. One night I decided to go out with a friend to take a walk, but suddenly, a car ran over me. Surprisingly, I
had few scratches but I was fine. I saw my friend crying, so I told her that I was OK and that I was
surprised that the car had not hurt me, but she kept on crying and ignoring me. In that moment I realised
that I was dead.

7. MY NEIGHBOUR'S CAT
My neighbour's cat enters my house all the time. I decided to leave the window open. The last time, I saw
him when he was hiding behind the sofa. I tried to pick him up, but he started to tear my skin with his
claws. He had grabbed me. It was a very painful feeling so I tried to release myself but without any results.
Suddenly, I heard a meow in my neighbour's garden. I looked through the window and it was Lewis, my
neighbour's cat.

8. FOOTSTEPS
Last night,I was sleeping when suddenly a slight noise woke me up … At first, I didn’t know what it was, but I
thought they were footsteps approaching my bed. I didn’t want to sleep at all, because I supposed that was my
father or my sister who had probably enter to take something from my room.
The steps began to feel closer to my bed...but,suddenly I didn’t hear anything.I was very afraid.A scream come
out of my mouth.This was so strange because my parents didn’t hear me…
At that moment,I saw a shadow and i started to shout again.I tried to open the door but I couldn’t.I didn’t know
what had happened the night before.

9. THE GHOST OF MELVILLE
This story that I am going to tell you begins on a dark night.
I was at home like any other night quietly with my family, a little tired, because the day had been harder than usual.
I don't know, if you wonder why I've been so hard, but I'm going to tell you. Before I forget, I forget to introduce myself: I'm Jack, a
werewolf! Everyone knows that when there is a full moon, the werewolves come out, well, that happened to me yesterday.
When the full moon came out, I was accompanied by my family that is composed of my parents and my two older brothers. It was supposed to be a
normal night like any other full moon night, but that wasn't going to be that way. We started the night well, we were all my friends and others like
me; I was so calm playing with my friends when a noise suddenly rang, we all thought it had been a stick or a branch that had fallen from a tree, so
we didn't give it much importance.
Later we heard it again, and then we began to suspect; We looked at whether he had found a branch or something that had fallen but as much as we
investigated we found nothing, we even threw a tree branch from a high place, but we saw that it was not the same sound. When we stopped
investigating we rang again, but this time we saw something strange ... a bush moved and we approached to see what we had, but we found nothing.
Later we returned to a sonar and approached another bush, and that was where we found the creature that was a ... GHOST! Which had sneaked into
our full moon.
Unexpectedly it went like lightning. Melville, the former leader of the werewolves who had his own army and the ghost should be one of them. We
got scared and went to let our parents know.
All the older werewolves fought against him and his army, and won the battle. And if you ask where it is,
I will tell you: locked in the dungeons of the werewolf castle!, And that is why I am so tired.

10. Do you know what a paranormal fenomenom is? Have you ever seen something weird or have somone told you?
These activities usually happen in places with a horror story behind.
Last summer I moved to another city, my new house was a huge house in the countryside. Around it I could see a
park but nothing more it was like a ghost city. I've never believed in paranormal things but the first night showed
me that paranormal activity is real. I was watching TV when I heard a loud noise, suddenly the lights went off,
then I could feel something touching my neck. The lights turned on and my neck was bleeding.
The next day I didn’t have anything in my neck and I thought it was a dream. But then I heard my parents talking
about the person who used to live here before, he was killed.
Now in my house my parents, a ghost and I live, it is not always here, so be careful because it can be anywhere.

11. MIRROR
All people have heard that if you turn off the lights, stare at a mirror and repeat the name of a spirit
three times, it will appear in front of you. Altough, this story have similarities with this legend, it is
absolutely more terrafying because it turns out to be your worst nightmare.
A girl call Riley had been having bad dreams for a long time. One night, she woke up after one of this
dreams and decided to go to the bathroom. When she got there, Riley washed her face and stared
directly at the mirror. She was astonished when se saw herself reflected in it. The other her had a scary
smile on her face and couldn´t stop laughing. Suddenly, the reflection reached a hand out of the mirror
and Riley destroyed her lungs with her powerful scream when her evil figure touched her heart.
Finally, when she stopped screaming her mother appeard to ask her if she was okay. Riley, turned to
face her with a scary smile and she killed herself in front of her mother.

12. It was a typical Sunday evening for Martha. She was watching a series in Netflix. suddenly, she heard
a loud noise from the kitchen. she got up from the sofa to check the kitchen. she thought the noise
came from her neighbour's house. When she came back to the living room to continue with her series
she realised that the window was open. On TV there wasn't her series. There was the newscast with
some recent news, a psychopath had escaped from the asylum. she couldn't watch anything else,
because the cutting steel she was feeling in her neck was freezing her entire body.

13. I had never been to that house that my father bought a couple of years before he died at an incredible price. Apparently, no-
one in town was willing to pay for the haunted house on the hill. "I have never believed in ghosts", were the words that my
father then repeated to all who reproached him for his purchase.
This afternoon, when I went to the village cemetery to see my father's grave, a chill travelled through my body when I saw
his epitaph: "Here lies someone who does believe in ghosts".

14. BABY MONITOR
Doctors still think that I'm crazy. They still believe that my daughter Olivia died due to a stroke that night.
However, that won't make me forget what I heard through the baby monitor. I have gone to so many
psychologists… they all affirm that it was a dream or a hallucination, but I heve not told them that I hear my
daughter screaming every night inside the baby monitor. Before screaming she always says, "Mommy, there is
someone in my…"

15. CHILDHOOD STORIES
One night, I decided merely to stroll around the forest for a while. It was a stunning place. When I was just a
kid, I used to go there with my father; he told me gripping stories about ghosts which appeared right in the
places where we were staying at those moments. They sounded pretty realistic then, but soon I started telling
my father to stop, as I was old enough not to be scared anymore. However, that night I realised how wrong I
was.
It was a very dark night, I was alone, so my imagination made me start hearing some odd whispers. I trod a
branch and the sound it made when it crashed made my heart beat quickly. Then, I felt something touching my
neck, but nothing seemed to be there.
Suddenly, I saw a weird light. My mind told me not to go after it, but my heart was full of desire to know if
my childhood stories were true or not. So I approached it and when I finally reached the place where the light
came from, I saw a girl with a white, torn dress and a lantern in her hand. A lot of blood covered her face. All
of a sudden, I rushed out of there. I would have never stopped running if that car had switched on the
headlamps and hadn't hit me so badly.
The next day I was at the hospital. My face was covered with blood, and I was wearing a white, torn dress.
My father was there, he looked worried. He just said one thing, "You told me you were too old to believe in
those stories".

16. HORROR STORY
My father died five years ago when I was 10 years old. At that time I did not conceive things as I do now.
This murder has always been a mystery and I had always wanted to solve it.
When I left high school I used to go to a park, to try to find some evidence to know who had killed my
father, but I couldn't conclude anything.
But everything changed last weekend when my mum went on a work trip as usual. I decided to take the
opportunity to find a clue inside my house.
It was a cold summer night and it seemed that everything was in order when suddenly, in an old piece of
furniture, I discovered a worn out radio which my father used to use. At first, I thought it would not matter
because it seemed not to work, but when the clock struck 12 o'clock, on the radio a very familiar voice
began to say, "Your mother never wanted you to come with me, but I will get it".
Those words were the last thing I heard.

17. HORROR STORY
I woke up in a place that seemed to be my basement, but I wasn't sure about it. I had a strong headache and I
touched it to notice what was happening to me. I had been bleeding. My first reaction was screaming, but then I
thought that I might not be alone. Blurred images about last night came to my head like flashes, but I couldn't
relate them to each other. I just remembered that it was raining last night and that was why I hadn't hung out as
usual, so I ordered a pizza for myself.
When I felt prepared, I went upstairs slowly, trying not to make much noise. Suddenly, I felt a cold breath on the
back of my neck. At that moment I realized that my time had come.
