Mariano Capezzani, HSBC Senior Product Manager, went over some of the typical challenges a Product Manager faces when converting a product vision into reality. He described his experience within HSBC and shared views/ideas on how this is done in the context of a large, global, complex, transforming organization - without loss of sanity or limb.
