Inspiration: Finding and Sharing Vision <ul><li>The workshops during Inspiration help participants find, express, and share their vision with stakeholders – and build community with shared purpose. </li></ul><ul><li>4 workshops, 1.5hrs each in length: </li></ul><ul><ul><li>Visioning ( business tools ): the process of developing and expressing an idea </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Sharing Vision ( digital tools ): tools for successfully sharing an idea online </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Environmental Scanning ( business tools ): the process of getting to know the market context </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Knowing and Influencing the Environment ( digital tools ): tools for positioning oneself in a market and learning about, and tracking, other players of note </li></ul></ul>

Ideation: Focusing and Prototyping <ul><li>The workshops during Ideation help participants build a business model to fuel their cause, and prototype their ideas to ensure they’re creating value. </li></ul><ul><li>4 workshops, 1.5hrs each in length: </li></ul><ul><li>Social Business Models (business tools) : planning operations so that they generate value for the market context. </li></ul><ul><li>Flexible Strategic Planning ( business tools ): tools for developing and adapting strategy over time, expressing venture progress and attracting additional market share </li></ul><ul><li>Prototyping & Assessment (business tools): the process of testing whether the business model developed does in fact create value and grow the bottom line </li></ul><ul><li>Guerilla Project Management (digital tools): tools for building teams and volunteer communities online to achieve project goals market share </li></ul>

Implementation: Launching a Venture <ul><li>The workshops during Implementation help participants take their venture idea and build a solid plan for launch. </li></ul><ul><li>3 workshops: </li></ul><ul><li>Operations & Financial Planning (business tools) : the process of planning operations and fitting the right finance plan to them (1.5 hrs) </li></ul><ul><li>Pitching & Friendraising (business + digital tools): tools for getting people involved and raising resources to build a sustainably funded venture (1.5 – till 3 hrs) </li></ul><ul><li>Sales & Fundraising (business + digital tools): the process of sharing vision and getting support for implementation of the vehicles that will move forward that vision (1.5 hrs) </li></ul>

Digital Tools Bootcamp <ul><li>Digital Tools Bootcamp: Utilizing cutting-edge tools to build sites, expand communication and manage projects. </li></ul><ul><li>Seminars can be 1.5, 3 and 6hrs in length. Workshops available include: </li></ul><ul><ul><li>Introduction to Online Tools: How to build a website in 5 minutes, grow community feedback, track stakeholders. (1.5hrs) </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Advanced Social Media: How to use social media effectively to reach strategic goals (1.5 – 3hrs) </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Guerilla Campaigns: How to use social media to build on-going community engagement (1.5 hrs) </li></ul></ul>

New Idea Generation <ul><li>To unlock the creativity of a group to develop shared vision around strategic aims, PresenTense has a number of techniques that have proven successful: </li></ul><ul><li>IdeaSlam (3hrs) : social brainstorming that unlocks shared vision among group members, and focuses group on common aims </li></ul><ul><li>Drunken Brainstorm (1hr) : lightening fast idea generation around topics and strategic aims </li></ul><ul><li>Cloudstorming (1.5hrs) : Collaborative brainstorming to help shape shared vision for groups. </li></ul><ul><li>History of the Future (1.5hrs): Technique to develop shared future vision for groups and understand underlying assumptions about shared definition of ‘victory’ </li></ul>

Networking Bootcamp <ul><li>Teaching the techniques and skills of successful networking. </li></ul><ul><li>Seminars can be taught individually for 1.5hrs, or collectively as a 3hr. </li></ul><ul><ul><li>Pitching: How to express and idea and not lose your audience </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Friendraising: How to build a base of human resources to help your idea grow </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Networking: How to work a conference and come out with the connections you need </li></ul></ul>
