Summer Institute</li></li></ul><li>Achievements:<br />Jerusalem CEP launch Night<br />100 guests<br />8 fellows presented their venture<br />First Israeli Launch night in Hebrew was a success<br />Exposure<br />Two prominent articles in local Jerusalem media<br />Created a lot of buzz an excitement<br />Brought exposure to fellowship<br />Introduced PT to a new community of teachers, mentors and SC<br />Positioned PT as an Israeli player<br />Set the stage for chair fundraising<br />

Areas which need improvement<br />Cohort<br />Need higher caliber projects<br />Partnerships<br />Partnership with RuachChadasha, Hitorerut and ROI was not successful<br />Curriculum<br />More focus on translating fellowship to Israeli culture<br />Coaches- need to figure out a better way to engage and train coaches<br />Workshops were not taught to fellows <br />Fellows had little exposure to Ariel and Aharon<br />Need to improve cluster methodology<br />
