When is Rich Media Effective?Research suggests that students with little to no prior knowledge of the subject benefit more from multimedia......whereas advanced learners with lots of prior knowledge are more able to process “traditional” learning methods.Therefore, children and beginners benefit more from use of multimedia than people who are advanced.
