YouTube is now one of the world’s most highly used searchengines.

Content marketing subscribes to the notion thatdelivering high-quality, relevant and valuable information toprospects and customers drives profitable consumer action.Content marketing has benefits in terms of retaining readerattention and improving brand loyalty. However, the term is usually usedto refer to:• sending email messages with the purpose of enhancingthe relationship of a merchant with its current or previouscustomers, to encourage customer loyalty and repeat business,• sending email messages with the purpose of acquiringnew customers or convincing current customers to purchasesomething immediately,• adding advertisements to email messages sent by othercompanies to their customers.
