  2. 2. Protein:- We all know hair is made up of protein, so it is very essential to have ample dose of proteins in our diet to keep our hair healthy and strong. A diet deficient in proteins is not advisable, until you are suffering from some disorders, refraining you from proteins. If you are not consuming enough protein in your diet, your hair is likely to become dry, brittle and weak. Stick to a diet which will get you ample dose of proteins daily. Extremely low protein diets may result in hair loss. If you are confused then consult your dietician to know more about protein rich food.
  3. 3. Iron:- Yes you are right iron is required if you don’t want to be called an anemic. What we eat, after digestion becomes nutrient. This nutrient is useless if one is anemic, because it is blood which supplies nutrient to various body parts and hair is not an exception. Iron deficient diet is a major cause of unhealthy hair or hair loss. Hair structure; follicle and root are supplied by a nutrient rich blood supply. If there is low iron in blood then this will surely affect your hair growth. Based on your diet plan you may choose menu rich in iron to give a daily dose of iron to your hair.

Plus, all the water soluble toxins, waste are eliminated from body in the form of urine. Bottom-line, therefore is to have ample intake of water.

It is important to note here that complex carbohydrates are essential and healthy compared to simpler one. Vegetables, fruits, whole grains etc are more healthier than sugars or fruit juice, because if we consume juice or sugars then it may elevate sugar level and are devoid of fibers. Essential fatty acids:- Fatty acids are very essential for healthy any stylish hair because fatty acids provide essential fats to your hair. Fatty acids are required for smooth and shiny hair besides proper nutrient to hair.
