Technologies Used: NI PXI, cDAQ NILabVIEW RT 2012, NIcDAQ, NITeststand, DoIP, CAN, MOST Size of Team: 1 Description: The Bus Expert (HIL System) is for the purpose of controlling, testing and analyzing functional conditions of the JLR NGI AUD (Audio Amplifier) modules and their test environments. The Bus Expert (HIL System) tool provides communication over several bus types including, but not limited to Ethernet, CAN, MOST and RS232(Only Interface for additional devices). The Bus Expert also provides an automated script application to run long and complicated test regimes without the need for an operator to be continuously present. The Bus Expert tool offers a visual representation, bus control, script running and data capture of implemented interfaces including, CAN-Bus,100Base-t Ethernet,MOST- Bus,RS232The communication between the DUT and the “BUS EXPERT” software will be conducted by using similar or identical physical interfaces and protocols as would be used in a car. It shall also be possible to have control over external devices such as power supply units, climatic chambers and multiple relay boxes. It offers a visual representation, CAN and LIN bus control, script running, data logging and report generation. It shall also be possible to have control over external devices such as power supply unit, Failure Injection (FIU) relay boxes, Reading variable PWM measurements, Diagnostics and RF simulations.  Engine Test Automation.   3. 3.  Prince Advanced Delivery System for mining (PADS) Organization: TCS, Pune. (Aug 2011-June 2012) Client: Orica Mining Services, Australia Technologies Used: NILabVIEW RT 2010, NIcRIO, NICAN, J1939, CANOpen, CodeySys. Size of Team: 20 Description: This system is proposed for delivery of bulk explosive products by using trucks which will have complete automated application using LabVIEW & .net tool. System consists of 140 digital & analog IO’s which will be monitored for every 100mS & all data will get logged on cRIO controller memory. Application consists of many PID control loops to monitor process variables & control desired analog outputs to control complete product delivery process. The system is designed on a quick digital technology by using cRIO based FPGA & communication platforms like CAN & UDP.  HIL Test System for vehicle Cluster Inspection. Client: MINDA, Pune Technologies Used: LabVIEW 7.1 & Machine Vision Size of Team: 2 Description: The project was based on the sophisticated Image Processing Technology. To design and develop a System for quality inspection for cluster it includes Speedo rpm, Fuel Gauge and Various bulb indicators on the cluster. The system is measure each bulb with their, wattage and intensity if it is not valid this cluster should be rejected and for speed/RPM checking with tolerance. And same for fuel gauge.  Data Acquisition System for induction hardening Machine Client: Induction equipment India, Bhosri MIDC, Pune. Technologies Used: LabVIEW 7.1 Hardware: PCI 6220. Size of Team: 4 Description: This system is used to acquire data of different channel and compare with their master data. If data is within tolerance then proceeding the remaining the cycle if not then give fault signal to the cycle and generate report to maintain records of all job. The logged data can be used for detailed analysis and generating reports. Data Acquisition System is developed Using NI LabVIEW 7.1  Vehicle Body Control Module(BCM &ECU) Client: TATA Motor, Pune Technologies Used: LabVIEW 7.1 Hardware: NI PXI-8331, NI PXI-6229 NIPXI 6509. Size of Team: 2 Description: The basic function of the whole system is to Test the BCM & its Fuse Relay Unit that is installed in the vehicle as Body Control Module & test the unit, then report whether the Unit under Test is healthy or faulty. For the development of software for the above mentioned system for TML, TML will provide NI Hardware & the Source Code in Labview 7.1 is developed as per the requirement.  Data Acquisition System for Vehicle Engine(Eagle Cylinder Head & Block ) Client: Mahindra & Mahindra, Igatpuri, Nasik Technologies Used: LabVIEW 8.5, SPC Toolkit, Database Toolkit, Report Generation.
  4. 4. Protocol: NI Shared Variable, TCP/IP Size of Team: 4 Description: This system is used to measure different parameters after production of Head-Block. Process is divided into two sections:- a). Measure & Acquire. b). SPC & Report Analysis. Measurement consists of measuring depth, diameter and height of processed parameters. For measurement Sylvac D200S unit with LVDT probes are used. Acquire consists of logging readings by pressing footswitch when user feels readings are within tolerance limits, if out of limit rejection process is implemented informing other systems in network to carry out further process.SPC & Report analysis consists of calculation of Cp, Cpk, σ, Production Vs Rejection charts  UTM Test Machine &Statistical Data Analysis. Technologies Used: Lab VIEW 8.0, NI MODBUS, Report Generation Toolkit Size of Team: 4 Description To Design and develop an embedded software to control the universal testing machine with parameter of (Force and Displacement) with modbus and Report Generation.  Rejection verification system for Blister using PLC Client: Cipla, Sikkim Technologies Used: DELTA PLC, labview, Modbus. Size of Team: 1 Description: This system is mainly designed for rejection verification for blister. It includes PLC, 11 Sensor Inputs and 2 outputs. The system is check the rejected blister and does not allow this blister in further production process, there are various sensor are assigned to check rejected blister and give the result as per good and bad blister, whole system is controlled by PLC and monitored by labview software. MACHINE VISION PROJECTS:- Label Guard Client: Lupin pharma, Goa. Technologies Used: LabVIEW 7.1 & NI VISION, Machine Vision Size of Team: 2 Description: The project was based on the sophisticated Image Processing Technology. The labels present in the tablet were subjected to morphological operations with Optical character recognition algorithms to find the characters present in the label.  Blister Inspection system Client: Lupin pharma, cipla, Technologies Used: LabVIEW 7.1 & NI VISION, Machine Vision Size of Team: 2 Description: The project was based on the sophisticated Image Processing Technology. Description The requirement is to design a vision based inspection system to measure the battery positive and negative as per red color and finding distance between the two red color the red color is occurred as per requirement then accept if no then reject the battery. Highlights:  Initiated XP embedded in our company which drastically improved performance of the Operating System  Received letters of appreciation for finishing the expected tasks at estimated time. Trainings Attended  Did training program for LabVIEW 7.1 University of Pune, Pune for duration of 1 month.  Attended in-house training program for Machine Vision. Academic Credentials  M.Sc.
